Frequently asked questions
Does ShopNexa sell products directly?
No. ShopNexa is a discovery and comparison platform. All purchases are completed on the retailer's own website, and your order, payment, shipping and returns are handled entirely by that retailer.
A price on the site is wrong. What should I do?
Prices change frequently and can occasionally lag behind the retailer. Email us the product link and the price you are seeing, and we will correct our listing — usually within a few hours.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Send an email from your registered address with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will verify ownership and permanently remove your account data within 30 days.
Can I list my store or product on ShopNexa?
Yes. We onboard verified sellers with genuine pricing and a clear return policy. Write to us with your store details, catalogue and affiliate program information.
A note on security
Beware of impersonation. ShopNexa will only ever contact you from shop.nexa28@gmail.com. We never request card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs or passwords, and we never ask for payment to "release" a deal or discount. If you receive such a message, please report it to us immediately.
