This policy explains what information ShopNexa collects, why we collect it, how it is stored, and the control you have over it. We keep data collection to the minimum required to run the service.
Information you provide. When you create an account, save a wishlist, subscribe to price alerts or contact support, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address and your saved product preferences.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log basic technical data such as device type, browser, operating system, approximate region (derived from IP address), referring page and the pages you view on ShopNexa.
Information we do not collect. We never collect or store payment card details, UPI IDs, bank information, CVV numbers or OTPs. All transactions take place on the retailer's own website, under their security systems.
We do not use your personal data to build advertising profiles for third parties, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of ShopNexa from working correctly.
ShopNexa contains links to external marketplaces and seller websites. Once you leave our platform, the privacy policy of that destination site applies. We have no control over how partner retailers collect or process data, and we encourage you to review their policies before purchasing.
We may share limited technical data with infrastructure and analytics providers who process it strictly on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.
We protect data using encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted internal access and regular security reviews. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we treat any incident with the seriousness it deserves and will notify affected users promptly where required.
To exercise any of these rights, email shop.nexa28@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Data Request". We may ask for verification before acting on a request.
ShopNexa is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use of ShopNexa after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
